Returns & Refunds
Refund Policy
Spokane Refillery has a no refund or exchange policy. All sales are final at the time of purchase. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and accept this policy. This applies to all sales run through our store including vendor items, ticket sales, and other products.
Pick-up & Delivery Policy
Pick-Up: When placing an order for pick-up, please wait to receive your "Order Ready" message before coming to the shop. Once your order has been prepared, you may pickup during business hours at 7413 E. Trent Ave. Spokane Valley, Wa 99212
Delivery: Deliveries are made within 4 days from time of purchases made. Delivery destinations must be within the city limits of the city of SPOKANE or SPOKANE VALLEY. Deliveries requested outside this area will not be able to be fulfilled. Please note, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. We are not responsible for damage or theft of items once left at the destination.
